Taoist Standing Meditation: The primary focus of this class is to cultivate inner awareness and enhance the mind-body connection as participants learn fundamentals of mediation in motion. TRX: TRX is an acronym for Total body Resistance eXercise.  Build muscle using your own body weight. This  class is designed to  build total body strength and muscular endurance which is the essential component of any effective workout plan and the foundation for building a safe fitness routine.  This total body workout will keep you challenged and have you seeing results in just a few weeks.   You'll boost your metabolism, improve heart and lungs, and tone up fast. **All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: An element of ALL yoga traditions. Get ready to move and flow in one of the most invigorating yoga classes EVER! Foundations of Flow Yoga: This class covers the fundamentals of a Vinyasa yoga practice. This is an overall athletic yoga class, moving from pose to pose fluidly, though an explanation of proper alignment in specific postures and transitions will be broken down in each class as well. Students are encouraged to ask questions. “Foundations of Flow” is a great introduction for beginning students, but also a valuable class for more experienced students who are looking to refine their technique.
