Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Spinning® is a the perfect cross-training tool for runners, cyclists, and other sports enthusiasts. It's a fantastic calorie-burning exercise, and when done in a group setting, it can challenge you to go much further in your journey to achieve physical fitness. Good for your heart and lungs, Spinning® is a workout that will definitely make you sweat. And love it.

Bike fit and body form are essential. First we make sure you get a proper bike fit. Then we evaluate the proper resistance and cadence (revolutions per minute) for your current fitness level. In class, the instructors go to great lengths to get your form right, monitor your progress, make sure you get a fabulous workout, and motivate you to come back for more!

Using music and visualization, your instructor will guide you on an incredible journey. No matter where you're starting from, you'll experience amazing benefits. Each 50-minute class will help you clear your mind, find your breath, and reach your own individual potential. Not only does Spinning® get you in shape, it improves your overall health and fitness.

Be forewarned though, Spin® classes can be habit-forming. Expect a significant increase in your energy level, endurance, and overall sense of well-being. Each instructor offers a different personal style and approach, but they all stick to proven methods and guiding principals that ensure a safe, effective training program. And while we’re talking safety, we urge you use a heart-rate monitor to help assess the intensity of your ride. It maximizes the efficiency of your workout and decreases the possibility of overexertion. We also recommend shoes with clips to enhance your Spin® experience. And since there's no inspiration without perspiration, be sure to bring a towel and water bottle.
