Zumba is all about the music and the body!  Latin and international music is used to create easy to follow moves that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective workout!  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the entire body.  Zumba utilizes the principles of interval training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning.  All you need is your body and a desire to MOVE!
